In the afterglow of the Natural Cancer Prevention Summit I recently hosted, I am more motivated than ever to embrace the best nutrition nature has to offer. I love smoothies because I can combine many nutrient-dense ingredients at once and sip at them while working at the computer.FullSizeRender copy

Turmeric as you know, is queen of the anti-cancer nutrition research, so I try to add it to my diet regularly. The bright golden hue of fresh turmeric root adds a pop of color and an earthiness to this peach smoothie. Leave the skin on the peaches as it provides the prefect tang to accompany the sweetness. I add highly-nutritious traditional whole foods such a raw pastured eggs and dairy, but there options to make this vegetarian or vegan as well. Enjoy!FullSizeRender-5
