USES:
For cold and flu prevention: Kids 1 tsp per day, Adults 1 tbs per day

INGREDIENTS:
Water | 8 cups |
Elderberries | 1 1/3 cup |
Rosehips | 2/3 cup |
Schizandra | 1/3 cup |
Ginger raw | 4 tbs |
Tumeric raw | 1 tbs |
Cinnamon | 1 tbs |
Honey | 2 cups |
Clove | 1 tsp |
Cayenne | 1/2 tsp |
Directions:
Bring water to boil, add ingredients, cover steep 30 minutes. Strain, decoct lid off 1.5 hours until 50% volume. DO NOT BOIL. Keep on low heat. Honey amount is half the end volume. Consider adding in 1 tsp clove as per the recipe.
