Keep in mind that a correctly-chosen moisturizer can help you get rid of bags under eyes, eliminating the tired aspect and rejuvenating your skin at the same time. Also, it might be a good idea to use two moisturizers, one for day usage and the other one for nighttime (more nourishing).

#5 | Water

Drinking water might seem like the obvious thing to do but many women forget that water hydrates the body, including the skin. When you do not drink adequate amounts of water, the skin becomes dry and dull. The more water you drink, the more youthful your skin is going to be. Keep a water bottle by your side and take small sips throughout the entire day.

#6 | Sunscreen

The prolonged and constant exposure to the sun can lead to the premature aging of the skin, with fine lines and wrinkles becoming more and more visible. You can easily prevent such problems and reduce the risk of premature aging by wearing sunscreen with high SPF. Do not forget that wearing sunscreen also reduces the risk of skin cancer, which can be fatal.

If you want to nourish your skin and maintain its youthful-aspect, you should consider a homemade face pack. There are various ingredients that you can use, including olive oil, avocados, bananas, honey and yoghurt. What matters is that you apply the face pack at least once a week, so that it hydrates and nourishes your skin.
